Safety Is Part of Everything We Do
At National Maintenance Group, safety is more than a requirement. It’s part of how we operate. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, clients, partners, and everyone on the jobsite.
Our safety program is built around prevention, preparation, training, and accountability. Every employee plays a role in identifying hazards, following established procedures, and maintaining safe work practices.
Built Around Prevention
Our teams evaluate potential hazards before work begins and establish the procedures needed to perform each task safely. Task Hazard Analyses, PPE and equipment inspections, and active hazard reporting help us identify and address risks before they become incidents.
Trained. Prepared. Accountable.
Safety training is an ongoing part of our culture. Our program includes OSHA 10 and 30 hour Construction training, new hire and site specific safety orientations, task specific training, and weekly safety meetings. We work to ensure our teams have the knowledge and preparation to operate safely in demanding environments.
Safety Without Compromise
From routine facility services to complex mission critical environments, our expectation remains the same. Work safely, recognize hazards, and never compromise safety to get the job done.
Safety is part of quality workmanship and the mark of true professionalism.
